She is survived by: her children, John T. Costello (Pam), Joseph E. Costello of Dalton, Mary J. Forbes (CO) and Robert J. Costello (Joanne) of DuPont, WA; her brothers, Theodore Kapinus, Richard Kapinus (Janet) and Montdale; her grandchildren, Lori Gramberg (Lance), John Costello (Emily), Kevin Costello, Nicholas Costello, Michael Lynady, Brian Lynady (Megan), Alicen Costello, Julie Costello, John Forbes (Melina), Johanna Crisman (Brian), Mary Forbes (Maggie), Rachel Forbes, Emily Forbes, Robert Costello and Matthew Costello; and her siblings' children, Theodore, Maeve, Oliver, Tiernan, Shamus, Lillie, Jackson, Atlee, Issac, Darian, Kaden and Aleah.
