We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2024, at the age of 90, Lucy Mary Van Ness of Falls, Pennsylvania, born in Dover, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph J. Ragolia and Mary Fasnella Ragolia (Fasnella); and her sister Madeline Scurti. She is survived by : her siblings, Anthony Ragolia, Joseph Ragolia and Margaret "Peggy" Smith (Cliff). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
