He was predeceased by: his mother Antoinette "Nellie" Elisco (Pasquariello); his sisters, Ann "Dolly" Cambro and Mary Barilla; and his father Frank DiCrisitina. He is survived by: his wife Anita M. Elisco (Fabian); his children, Dr. Anthony J. Elisco III (Aida) of Rockwall, Texas, Dr. Mark C. Elisco (Tonilynn) of Burghill, Ohio and Christina McGonigle (Tim) of Hermitage; his sister Madeline Elisco of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Anthony J. Elisco IV, Luca Elisco, Isabella Elisco, Francesca Elisco, Lauren McGonigle (Daulton Linton), Sarah McGonigle and Caroline McGonigle.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Our Lady of Fatima Church, 601 Roemer Boulevard, Farrell, Pennsylvania 16121.
