He was predeceased by: his father John Borko; his stepparents, Jonine Borko and Ronald McGinnis; and his nephew Isaac Schupp. He is survived by: his mother Constance McGinnis; his fiancée Heather Muntean; his sisters, Chris Plummer (Barry) and Beth Schupp (Ron); his siblings' children, Jacob, Genevieve, Kaitlyn, Adrienne, Nathan, Sarah and Lauren Schupp; his sister-in-law Erin David (Tal); his siblings' children, Ella, Alexander and Brooke Kyte (Matt); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kevin and Jamie; and his brother Marc Matchak.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (1090 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
