He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mitchell (Hovis); his children, Stacy Hutchinson (James) of Lowellville, OH and Matthew Mitchell (Caitlin) of Sarver, PA.; his grandchildren, Lucy, Peter, Aiden and Josephine; and his sister Brenda Morgan (James) of Greenville.
