She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Burke (Milford) and George Burke; her husband Jack D. Haylett; and her sons, Jack D. Haylett Jr. and Larry Haylett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Traci Reagle (Scott) and Lori Wrona; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Haylett; and her grandchildren, Ryan Reagle and Maxwell Wrona. She is also survived by 6 step grandchildren, 9 step great grandchildren, and 2 step great great grandchildren.
