She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Watters and Mildred Watters (Park); and her brothers, George Watters and Richard Watters. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Leroy Coxson; her children, Wendi Tkatch (David Reynolds) of Boardman, Hollie Volkay (Bob) of Farrell, PA and Darrin Coxson (Toni) of Easley, SC; her grandchildren, Victoria, Elizabeth, Andrew, Dr. Kristopher, Nathan and Lauren; and her great grandchild Indigo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northminster Presbyterian Church (2434 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16142). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Northminster Presbyterian Church or Cornerhouse Church in Hubbard, Ohio.
