He was predeceased by: his stepfather Paul Martin. He is survived by: his parents, Donna Martin and Barry Weitzel; his close friend Melissa; his sisters, Pam Kennedy, Becky Christy and Jennie Weitzel; and his daughters, Emily and Haley. He is also survived by three nephews, 2 nieces, and 7 grandchildren.
