She is survived by: her mother Donna Mitchell (Scherf) of Natrona Heights; her husband Robert Richter of Natrona Heights; her sons, Chad Richter (Kristen) of Sarver and Randy Richter (Heather) of Sarver; her grandchildren, Garrett and Lydia Richter; and her siblings, William "Bill" Sr. Mitchell, Roy A. Mitchell and Diane Zewe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 5:45 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home (1522 Carlisle St, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
