She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. Romack, and Rose Romack, Sr. (Mauer); her husband James J. Smith; and her siblings, Thomas Romack, Joyce DeVando, Ann Pazak, Catherine Sabatini, Evelyn Smith, Agnes Gaspero, Mary Berecin and Elizabeth Shields.
She is survived by: her siblings, Harry J. Romack, Jr. of Curtisville and Rosanne French of Lower Burrell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Siwicki - Yanicko Funeral Home (23 McKrell Rd, Russellton, PA 15076). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
