He was predeceased by : his parents, John F. Slobada and Virginia Slobada (Kralic); and his children, Melody L. Duffalo and Shane Slobada. He is survived by : his wife Patricia A. Slobada (Sysyn); his children, Aaron M. Slobada (Michelle) of Carnegie and Tamara L. Slobada of Carnegie; his grandchildren, Adam Slobada and Arya Slobada of Carnegie; and his sister Judith Smith of Chippewa.
