He was predeceased by : his parents, Rudolph Betush and Iva Betush; and his brother Jim. He is survived by : his wife Rita Faye Hawks; his daughters, Gina Mele (KR) of Des Moines, IA and Robin Hollihan (Steve) of New Kensington; his sisters, Ginger Hoover (Bart) of Cabot and Kathy Olson (Eric) of Fawn Township; and his grandchildren, Maddie, Luke (Nikki), Olivia (TJ), Dave and Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
