She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Emrisek and Rose Emrisek (Chizmark); her husband Edward Kuczynski; and her siblings, Emil, Joseph, George, Edward Emrisek, Mary Slivon, Anna Emrisek and Helen Mitroka.
She is survived by: her son David E. Kuczynski (Bridget) of Murrysville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
