He was predeceased by: his parents, James McCafferty and Effie McCafferty (Porter); his wife Grayce McCafferty (Hosack); and his son William J. McCafferty. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Ethel M. McCafferty (Shoop) of Fawn Township; his grandchildren, Grayce F. McCafferty of FawnTownship and William C. McCafferty (Artalee) of Butler; Dorothy B. Miller of Natrona Heights.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, PA 15084). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
