He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freda Cheek and James Skibo; his wife Linda Murt Skibo; his daughter Samantha Cusimano (Tony) of Greenfield; his granddaughters, Danielle and Sadie; his great grandchildren, Blaze, Ellie, Lyanna and Amias; his son Jesse Skibo (Gina) of Perryopolis; his grandchildren, Brody and Avery; his great grandchild Chad Skibo (Casi) of Rostraver; his siblings, Darla Altemara (Mark) of Rostraver, Jeffery Bruce Skibo of Phoenix, AZ and Brian (Joy); Sydney, Khloe and Rory. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
