He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Bookheimer. He is survived by: his mother Betty Bookheimer of Carlisle; his wife Lauri Bookheimer; his siblings, Mike of Hagerstown, MD, Sam of Baden, PA and Kathy Miller (Greg) of Carlisle, PA.; and his siblings' children, Coy Hile, Charles Bookheimer and Carrie Bookheimer.
