He was predeceased by : his father Lawrence Bookheimer. He is survived by : his mother Betty Bookheimer of Carlisle; his wife Lauri Bookheimer; his siblings, Mike of Hagerstown, MD, Sam of Baden, PA and Kathy Miller (Greg) of Carlisle, PA.; his nephews, Coy Hile and Charles Bookheimer; and his niece Carrie Bookheimer.
