He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington, Sr. and Emma Fraker Perry; his sister Connie Perry Swope; and his nephew Anthony "Tony" Swope. He is survived by: his wife Eva Holtry Perry of Fayetteville; his children, Terry Perry (Tonya) of Chambersburg, PA, Andrea Rice (Paul) of Fayetteville, PA and Jason L. Perry of Fayetteville, PA; his grandchildren, Brysen, Jenna, Sania, Austin and Tristyn; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Brantey and Justin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Rd. West, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
