With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard W. Anderson of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Anderson and Myrle Anderson (Arveson). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Anderson (Shogren); his children, Douglas Anderson of Fayetteville, PA and Karen Anderson Ollom (Jeffrey) of Great Mills, MD; his grandchildren, Noah Anderson (Jennifer), Hannah Anderson, Joshua Anderson and Olivia Anderson; and his sister Mildred Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church (2695 Luther Dr, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Parklawns Memorial Gardens (3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
