He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest S. Leeper and Grace E. Spoonhour Leeper; his wife Joan Wetzel Leeper; and his sons, Roger D. Leeper and Craig A. Leeper.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Leeper of Fayetteville, Connie Adams of Fayetteville and Carla Paul (James); his grandchildren, Kylene Leeper, James Adams of Fayetteville, Beth Volz (Chuck) of North Carolina and Tyler Paul of Arizona; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Leeper of Virginia, Isabella Leeper of Fayetteville, Cynthia Peters of Fayetteville, Abriella Volz, Emanuel Volz of North Carolina and Richard Leeper (Dick).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawns Memorial Gardens (3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
