He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Neuber (Frabengeyer) and Leonard Neuber; his wife Marjorie; and his brother Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Linda (Harry), Stephen (Kathleen) and Nancy (Charles); his grandchildren, Harry, Kristin (Matthew), Gabrielle (Salvatore), Gretchen and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Liam and Addison.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Somerton Interfaith Food Bank or your favorite charity, in memory of Howard & Marjorie Neuber.
