He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry James Cassidy and Wanda Lorraine Lutz; his wife Susan Cassidy (Arentz); and his siblings, Carl Sheridan and Dana Beerhalter.

He is survived by: his son Andrew Cassidy (Patricia DeCesare); his brothers, Arnold Cassidy (Barbara) and Robert Sheridan; and his pets, Kitkat and Cuddlebug.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church (65 E Street Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053). A Mass was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at the Sunset Memorial Park (333 County Line Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053).
