She is survived by: her sons, James E. Matthews (Mercedes) of Freeland, MD, Jeffrey C. Matthews (Tonya) of Felton, PA and John C. Matthews (Amy) of Elburn, IL; her grandchildren, Misty Mathis, Melissa Matthews, Brandon Hecker, Cecilie Amspacher-Robinson, James Matthews, Hollie Jo Urey, Lily Matthews and Lexi Matthews; her great grandchildren, Jade Mathis, Talia Mathis, Allie Jo Duke, Mirabella Buettner, James Matthews, Piper Urey, Luke Matthews, Rylee Matthews and Chloe Hecker; and her sister Mary Matthews (Bill) of Manchester, MD..
