He is survived by: his wife Janet Evanitz Bennett; his children, Stacy Bennett of Ravenna, Travis Bennett of Mogadore and Jason Bennett (Maureen) of Aurora, Ohio; his stepchildren, Shawn Walker (Carol) of Dayton, Timothy Walker of Dayton, Kristen Hackinson (John) of Ellsworth, Joseph Goodfellow of Fairmont and Katherine Troetschel (Karl) of West Newton; his grandchildren, Josh Kane, Isabella, Kyle, Eli, Anna, Nathan, Logan and Levi Bennett; his great grandchild Jett Kane; his stepgrandchildren, Hannah, Nathan, Caleb, Alexa, Logan Walker, John Jr., Tyler, Morgan, Tristan, Caden, Megan Hackinson, Lynden Goodfellow, Jaxson, Hunter and Isla Troetschel; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaydence, Chloe and Alaina Hackinson; and his siblings, Rita Phillips of Oklahoma, Otis Bennett of Lockbourne, Patty Griffith of Ravenna and Henry Bennett (Joyce) of Georgia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frye Funeral Home, Inc. (427 W Main St, Monongahela, PA 15063). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
