She was predeceased by: her parents, John Noakes and Mary Prokup Noakes; her husband Gerald M. Martinez; and her sons, Jeffrey and Eric Martinez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Milner of Boston, MA and Dana Stark (Jaison) of Bentleyville; her grandchildren, Jacob, Madison, Jeffrey and Donovan; and her pet Taz.
