He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Locke and Ethel Locke (Houlpe); his wife Martha "Mert" Locke (Justice); and his siblings, Elizabeth Hagan (late Arthur), Herman Locke (Janice), Raymond Locke (late Gertrude) and Sandra Lenigan (late Donald).

He is survived by: his children, Roy Locke Jr. (Lynne) of Port Charlotte, FL and Marybetth Locke (John Kukonick) of Finleyville; his granddaughter Amanda Pucciarella (Rick) of Altoona; and his great grandchildren, Emily and Vincent of Altoona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity Pap held close to his heart, Tunnels to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.

We (referring to Stephen Locke -- my husband) would have gone to the funeral, but we were in the midst of funeral service preparations for my mother.”
