She was predeceased by: her husband Lee A Folk; her parents, Clarence H. Moyer and Laura E. Bailey (Dries); her son Dana L. Folk; and her brothers, Allen H. Moyer and Raymond W. Moyer.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Frank K. Carranza, Jeremy D. McGay and James M. Ardle; her sisters, Mae A. Holub, Mary J. Hart and Ruth K. Buch; and her stepfather Wilson S. Bailey. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
