He is survived by : his wife Carolann Chubb (Berndt); his mother Dolores Mae Chubb (Schittler) of Fleetwood; his daughter Alicia Marie Fields; his close friends, Michael Ray Paskel of Boyertown, Travis Allen Chubb (Jessica Ann) and Lauren Allison (Chad Michael Mertz) of Shoemakersville; his grandchildren, Kaelynn Hope Mertz, Madison Elizabeth Chubb, Garrett Allen Chubb and Averi Hope Mertz; and his siblings, John Richard Chubb Jr. of Kutztown, Jacqueline (Barry Moyer) of Yorktown, Virginia, June Adams (Chubb) of Leesport, Karen (Troy Eschbach) of Fleetwood and Scott (Becky Chubb) of Ephrata.
