He was predeceased by : his grandfather Linford Swartzentruber. He is survived by : his parents, Susan Kornelsen and Curvin L. Swartzentruber (Elvethia); his siblings, Lynette S. Carver (Alec Carver) of Louisville, KY, Dannel L. Swartzentruber (Valerie), Devon K. Swartzentruber of West Bend, WI, Jonathan L. Swartzentruber and Bethany A. Swartzentruber; his nephew Colton Carver (Natalie Swartzentruber); his grandparents, Venus, Annie Kornelsen, Heredia and JoAnne Swartzentruber; and his stepsiblings, Daniel Barboza, Gabriel Barboza, Ariel Barboza and Genesis Barboza. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
