She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Luckenbill and Alice L. Luckenbill; and her siblings, Ethel Rader, Shirley Williams, Robert Luckenbill and Ernest Luckenbill.
She is survived by: her husband Forrest G. Mengel; her daughters, Alice L. Skiro (Paul D. Skiro) of Mountain Top, PA and Susan M. Heffner (Mark P. Heffner); her grandchildren, Connor W. Skiro (Erin A.), Olivia A. Skiro of New York City, NY, Shelbi M. Heffner (Joseph L. LoBue) and Mackenzie T. Heffner; and her great grandchild Graham H. Skiro.
