He was predeceased by : his parents, Junior Eshbach Sr. and Olivia (Derr); his son Randall S. Eshbach; his grandson Justin Betts; and his brothers, Roland Eshbach and Junior Eshbach Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Betty L. Eshbach (Smith); his children, Ilona M. Betts (Brook E. Betts), Winfield A. "Ted" Eshbach, Jr. (Theresa J.) and Joseph E. Eshbach; his grandchildren, Nicole, Natalie and Zachary; his great grandchild Vladimir; and his siblings, Sandra Shane (Gene Shane) and Elmo Eshbach (Natalie Eshbach).
