He is survived by: his son Keith Kowalczyk (Amy); his siblings, John Kowalczyk and Patricia Conrad; his grandchildren, Joshua Kowalczyk, Nikolas Kowalczyk (Miranda) and Kyrsten Mulhollen (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Lacey and Brynlee Kowalczyk.
