He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eleanor Dugal and John Dugal; his wife Gloria Saha Dugal; his children, Vanessa Wilson (Brad), Tanya Dugal and Max Dugal (Sonia); his grandchildren, Jessica Austin, Tyler, Savannah, Henry, Eleanor Wilson, Samantha, Coralyn Buffham, Amelia and Alana Dugal; his great grandchildren, Alice and Sophia Austin; and his siblings, Jeffrey Dugal (Lisa) and Nora Callahan (Michael).
