He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Matthew Devine and Bernice Devine (Parent). He is survived by: his wife Kathi J. Boese'; his stepson Jamie Boese; his brother Mark Devine (Marie); and his sibling's children, Adriana Devine and Steven Devine (Lisa). He is also survived by six great-nephews, and one great-niece.
