It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George James Cox Sr. of Folcroft, Pennsylvania, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George E. Cox and Helene Cox (Smith); and his wife Joan Cox (Wood). He is survived by : his sons, Thomas Cox (Diane) and George Cox, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lisamarie Stanisce (Christopher), Meghan Starner, Jaime Grace Cox and Jessie Joan Woodward (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Juliana, Brynnleigh and Trevor Stanisce.
