He is survived by: his close friend Dorothy Kubach; his siblings, Catherine Blackmon, Donna Dorian and Michael Bardle; his nieces and nephews, Jason, Cristy, Courtney, Kenny, Corey, Bill and Shawn; and his caregivers, Stephanie and Mario Rogers.
