He was predeceased by : his wife Mary F. Knoell; and his parents, William Knoell and Alice Knoell. He is survived by : his sons, William Knoell III (Diana), Robert Knoell (Diane) and Stephen Knoell (Susan); his grandchildren, Sharan (Ty), Geoffrey (Kristine), Robert (Danielle), Stephanie, Stephen and Shane; and his great grandchildren, Cadence, Carter, Kayla and Bryson.
