It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jay C. Kanzleiter of Fombell, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis R. Kanzleiter and Elizabeth Balbercek Kanzleiter; and his sister Linda L. Kapec-Bortz. He is survived by: his wife Heather "Heidi" Schriver Kanzleiter; his children, Kiersten Kanzleiter and Jacob Kanzleiter; and his siblings, Marsha Chesko (Mike), Lori Coulter (Robert Zikeli) of Ellwood City, Paulette Plavecsky (Vince) of Chippewa Township, Elizabeth Moshi (Douglas) of San Francisco, Richard Gadzia (Sandy) of Venice, FL, Louis Kanzleiter (Nancy) of Altoona and Joseph Kanzleiter (JoAnna) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude's or Shriners Hospital.
