He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Cohen and Charlotte Cohen (Homonoff); and his sister Marsha Cohen. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Wendy Slagle (William Helm); his stepgrandson Shawn Slagle (Kayla (Schaub)); his friends, Katie and Scott of Life Armstrong; Kaleb and Shawna Slagle.
