He is survived by: his daughter Haley Kwiatkowski (Ken Bennett) of Clifford Township, PA; his grandson Gabriel Bennett; his siblings, Edward Kwiatkowski (Carol Kwiatkowski) of Milltown, NJ and Claire LaRosa of New York, NY; and his nieces, Sharon Kwiatkowski, Jill Joseph and Nicole LaRosa.
