He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Mills and Eliza Boyea Mills. He is survived by : his cousins, Lawrence Kabat and Maynard Douglas; and his caregiver Maria Grimaldi of Youngsville.
In lieu of flowers or other tributes, contributions in Carl Mills' memory may be made to the Forest City Ambulance Corps, the Pleasant Mount Ambulance Corps, or the Browndale Fire Company.
