He was predeceased by : his parents, James J. Sullivan and Elizabeth Edwards Sullivan; and his siblings, Philip Sullivan and Nancy Sullivan. He is survived by : his wife Loretta Burkett; and his daughters, Melissa Sauls of Binghamton, NY, Susanne Sullivan and Shelly Hammond. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
