He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Conklin and Kathleen Smith Conklin. He is survived by : his close friend Donna Puntar; and his children, William Conklin, Douglas Conklin, Thomas Conklin and Dawn Pedicone. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
