He is survived by: his wife Toni Ann Johansen (Fili); his daughters, Nicole Cramer (Tom), Lauren Sulovski and Elyse Johansen-Smith (Brian); his sisters, Sandra Gerardis (Ray) and Randi Johansen; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew Cramer, Joey Sulovski, Logan and Parker Smith.
