She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Jacob; and her parents, William Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Peale). She is survived by: her children, Raymond Jackson and Joyce Mellody; her stepchildren, Frank Jacob and Cheryl Hudak; her grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Anthony, Michael, Michelle, Eric, Christopher, Erin and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Sam, MacKenzie, Rose and Joey.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pearson Funeral Home (1901 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18017). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at the Bethlehem Memorial Park (1851 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18017).
