He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward J. Dennis and Anna E. Dennis (Gearinger); his foster parents, Robert H. DeHart and Margaret A. DeHart (Whitehead); and his siblings, Raymond L., Donald E., David A. Dennis, Catherine A. Werner, Joyce M. Dennis and Caroline Finnemeyer.

He is survived by : his wife Audrey A. Dennis (Werner); his brother Allen E. Dennis (Pauline) of Mountain Top, PA; and his foster siblings, Robert DeHart (Donna) of Wind Gap, Gayle Reuss (Roland) of Nazareth and Lynda Miller of Bethlehem.

Memorials may be made to the church, Easton, PA 18045 or Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2024 Lehigh Street, Suite 100, Allentown, PA 18103.
