He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Parvin and Thelma J. Parvin (Hutchinson); and his grandson Robert James Parvin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Robert A. Parvin, Stephen C. Parvin (Betsy), Rebecca Baurkot (Robert), James K. Emory, Jr. (Julie) and Sara Gunderman (Charles); and his sisters, Martha Mount and MayAnn Bartholomew. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
