He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carlene Land (Ulner); his children, Martha Franchois (Keith) and Stephen Land (Andrea); his grandchildren, Hannah Franchois, Jeremy Franchois, Kirsten Land and Jordan Land; and his sisters, Janet Simpson (Clifton) of Bayfield, CO and Judy Romesburg (Kerry) of St. George, UT..
