It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Sparango of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 11, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Umberto Umile and Felicia Umile; her husband Pat Sparango; and her brother Nick Umile. She is survived by: her children, Mary Grace Sparango, Jane Sparango, Ben Sparango and Anthony Sparango; her grandchildren, Ben, Katie, Josephine and Jimmy; her children-in-law, Sue and Jim; and her siblings, Ugo and Franca. She is also survived by four nieces and five nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Anthony of Padua Church in her memory.
