He was predeceased by: his father Frank DeViva. He is survived by: his mother Eva DeViva (Betancourt); his wife Patty (Tierney); his grandchildren, Sara DeViva, Leo, Cora, Lisa MacKenzie, Frank J. DeViva, Olivia and Frank Gabriel; and his sister Susan Evans (Bob) of Rocky Hill, Conn.. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren, Frank is survived by his mother.
