She is survived by : her daughter Peggy; her son-in-law Timothy Cain; her sons, Garfield (Kim Thomas) and John (Paula Thomas); her grandchildren, Jennifer Thomas, Carolyn Phillips, Jessica Rice, Richard Cain, Samantha Capita, Daniel Thomas, Nicole Dunn and Alicia Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Elisabeth, Kaci Phillips, Jackson, Jayden Cain, Julia, Dylan Rice, Gianna, Giovanni, Gabriella Capita, Madeline, Wesley Thomas, Hunter, Layla Jane and Mason Dunn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made, if desired to the American Diabetes Association, Candy's Place, Forty Fort, or the charity of the donor's choice.
